All pricing displayed or quoted is subject to change based on market conditions.
Automatic delivery customers are billed based on actual usage and market fuel rates at time of delivery, unless enrolled in a fixed-price plan.
Payment is due within the terms specified on your invoice. Late fees may apply for overdue balances.
4. Service Plans & Warranties
Service plans include routine maintenance and emergency response services but do not cover all potential repairs or equipment failures. Full terms are provided upon enrollment.
Equipment warranties and third-party services (e.g., ProGuard) are governed by their respective provider terms.
5. Delivery Policy
We strive to ensure timely and uninterrupted delivery of heating oil to our automatic delivery customers.
Delivery schedules may be affected by weather conditions, access issues, or mechanical limitations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear access to tanks and ensure proper functioning of gauges.
